摘 要:文章依据国内外现行的电气防爆标准和规范及石油钻机电气设备的设计实践,结合我国石油、天然气井场的现实情况及防爆电气设备复杂的使用环境,阐述了防爆电气设备在石油工程方面的设计思路及方法,介绍了爆炸性气体环境危险区域范围的划分及钻机防爆电气产品在石油、天然气井场的应用,提出了防爆电气设备在选型、采购、安装、使用和维护管理等方面的有关注意事项,以保证石油钻机在油气田井场作业的安全和可靠性。This thesis is written on the basis of electric ex - proof criterion and rig electric equipment designing practice at home and abroad, combines with China realities of oil and gas well sites and the complicated working environment of ex-proof electric equipment. The thesis mainly expound the designing ideas and approach of ex - proof electric equipment on petroleum engineering, and introduces the division of hazardous explosive gas areas and the application of rig ex - proof electric equipment in oil and gas well sites, and points out related notes on type choosing, purchasing, installation, operation and maintenance etc. It guarantees the safety and reliability of rigs working in oil and gas well site.
