摘 要:[目的]比较提取广藿香油化学成分的不同提取方法。[方法]采用超临界CO2萃取法(SCDE)和水蒸气蒸馏法(SD)从广藿香中提取广藿香油,并用GC-MS法对2种不同提取方法的提取物进行化学成分定性和定量比较。[结果]SCDE法提取的出油率为2.47%,SD法提取的出油率为1.58%。结果表明,SCDE法提取的广藿香油中相对含量0.5%以上有12种化学成分,占总挥发油98%以上,其中广藿香醇相对含量为26.40%;SD法提取的广藿香油中相对含量0.5%以上有13种化学成分,占总挥发油97%以上,其中广藿香醇相对含量为40.75%。[结论]2种提取方法所得挥发油的收率和各成分的含量相差较大。[ Objective ] The research aimed to compare different extraction methods for extracting essential oil from Pogostemon cablin. [ Method] Essential oils were extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction and stream distillation. The qualitative and quantitative comparison was made on the chemical components of the extracts with two different extraction methods by using GC-MS. [ Result] The oil extraction rate was 2.47% by SCDE and 1.58% by SD. The results of GC-MS analysis showed that 12 components of the essential oil by SCDE composed about 98% of the total, and 13 components by SD composed about 97% of the total. Relative content of main component patchouli alcohol was 26. 40% by SCDE and 40.75% by SD. [ Conclusion] The extraction yield and the chemical components of the essential oils between two methods were obviously different.
