摘 要:[目的]分析小麦叶片中10种微量元素的含量。[方法]采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法,对处于生长时期的小麦叶片中的硼、镁、钾、钙、锰、铁、铜、锌、硒、钼10种有益微量元素的含量进行分析。[结果]结果表明,该方法检出限为0.146~8.260ng/g;标准物质的测定结果与认定值相符合,相对标准偏差(n=5)小于10%。小麦叶片样品的标准加入回收率为93.3%~104.2%。[结论]该研究结果为生物体中微量元素的定量分析提供理论依据。[ Objective ] The purpose of this research was to analyze the trace elements in wheat leaf by inductively coupled plasms mass spectrometry. [ Method] A method for determinating the trace elements in wheat leaf by inductively coupled plasms mass spectrometry was developed, in which ten kinds of beneficial microelements such as B,Mg,K,Ca,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn,Se,Mo were included. [ Result] The results indicated that the detection limits of the method were in range of 0. 146 - 8. 260 ng/g. The analytical results of wheat standard reference material were consistent with the certified values. The recoveris of standard addition of trace elements in wheat leaf sample were among 93.3% - 104. 2%. [ Conclusion] This research will provide the theoretical references for quantificationally analyzing trace elements in organism.
