摘  要:[目的]探讨有机添加物对大花蕙兰原球茎及其再生幼苗生长发育的影响。[方法]以大花蕙兰茎尖诱导的原球茎为材料,探讨不同有机添加物对原球茎及其分化幼苗生长发育的影响。[结果]结果表明,单独添加6种有机物时,0.2 g/L水解酪蛋白对原球茎增殖的效果最佳,增殖系数达13.10,其次分别为椰子汁、蛋白胨、土豆泥、香蕉泥、番茄汁;添加混合有机物时,50.0 ml/L香蕉泥与50.0 ml/L土豆泥混合物的增殖效果最佳,增殖系数达16.61;100.0 ml/L椰子汁对原球茎分化的效果最佳,原球茎分化芽数达11.37个/g,蛋白胨、香蕉泥,土豆泥、水解酪蛋白及番茄汁对原球茎分化具有抑制作用;添加50.0 ml/L香蕉泥、2.0 g/L蛋白胨与50.0 ml/L土豆泥混合物的培养基更适宜大花蕙兰幼苗生长发育。[结论]该研究结果为提高大花蕙兰种苗大规模工厂化生产效率提供技术参考。[ Objective ] The purpose of this research was to discuss the effect of organic additives on protocorm and seedhng growth of Cymbidium. [ Method] With the protoeorm induced by Cymbidium stalk-tip as the materials, the effects of the organic additives on protocorm and seedling growth of Cymbidium were studied. [ Result] The results indicated that under the alone using six kinds of organic additives, 0.2 g/L casein hydrolysate had the optimum effect on the protocorm proliferation, the multiplication coefficient was 13.10, followed by coconut milk, peptone, popato mesh, banana slurry and tomato juice, rcpecctively. When adding the mixed organics, the mixture of 50.0 mL/L banana slurry and 50.0 ml/L tomato juice had the optimum effect on the protocorm proliferation, the multiplication coefficient was 16.61. 100.0 ml/L cocomut milk had the best effect on/he protoeorm defferentiation, the number of protoeorm differentiation bud arrived 11.37 个/g; peptone, popato mesh, banana slurry, tomato juice amd casein hydrolysate had obvious hibition on the protocorm defferentiation. The optium medium for growing and developing Cymbidium seedling was mixed organic additives of 50.0 ml/L banana slurry and 2.0 g/L peptone and 50.0 ml/L popato mesh. [ Conclusion] This research will provide the technical reference for enhancing large-scale factory production efficiency of Cymbidium seedlings.
