摘  要:[目的]研究等离子体处理对无壳南瓜种子生物学性状及产量的影响。[方法]用不同剂量等离子体处理无壳南瓜种子。[结果]等离子体处理无壳南瓜种子,能明显提高种子幼苗期的根长、茎粗、干物重、株高、叶片数和结瓜期的座果率;使开花期、座果期和成熟期提前1~2 d;使瓜蔓长降低13.8~16.7 cm;比CK增产437.5~991.5 kg/hm2,增幅达18.7%~42.4%;比CK增值2 575~5 899元/hm2。[结论]等离子体处理的无壳南瓜种子增产、增收效果显著,为该项技术的广泛应用提供了理论依据。[ Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of plasma treatment on biological traits and yield of summer squash( Cuctumis satiuus L. ) seed. [ Method] The different dosage plasma was used to treat the summer squash seed. [ Result] The results showed that plasma could improve the root length, the stem diameter, the dry matter weight, the plant height, the leaf number of summer squash during the seedling stage and the fruiting rate during the seedling stage, and could make the flowering stage, the fruiting stage and the maturity advance 1 - 2 days, the length of vine decrease 13.8 - 16.7 cm. And the plasma treatment could make the yield of sunm^r squash increase 437.5 -991.5 kg/hm^2 than that of CK, increasing amplitude up to 18.7% -42.4%, and make the increment up to 2 575 -5 899 yuan/hm2. [ Conclusion ] The plasma could improve the yield of summer squash greatly, and it could provide theoretical basis for the technology widely used.
