摘 要:[目的]评判出定西市安定区生态脆弱度水平。[方法]以安定区为研究对象,从环境资源条件、社会经济水平和生态平衡程度3个方面选取18个因素作为参评因子,建立评价指标体系,对该地区生态环境进行定量评价,并采用均方差方法和层次分析法相结合确定指标权重,计算生态环境脆弱度。[结果]安定区自20世纪90年代生态治理以来,生态脆弱度指数随时间呈波动式下降趋势,由1993年的0.713 2下降到2003年的0.286 8,经历了1993年的中等脆弱阶段,到1999年进入一般脆弱的相对稳定阶段,最后过渡到不脆弱阶段,其生态环境向良好阶段发展,并据此评价提出生态环境建设的对策与建议。[结论]采用指标体系评价法得出的评价结果基本符合实际情况,为今后该地区的生态环境建设提供科学依据。[Objective] The study aimed to judge the ecological vulnerability level in in Anding Area in Dingxi City. [ Method] With he Anding Area as the reaearch object, 18 factors from the three aspects of resource-environmental condition, socio-economic level and the degree of ecological balance were selected as the evaluating factors to build the evaluation index system, so as to quantitatively evaluate the ecological environment in the Anding Area. The combination of AHP and the mean square difference method was used to confirm the index weight and then calculate the degree of eco-environment vulnerability. [ Result] The index of ecological vulnerability in Anding Area had an descending trend in fluctuation with time since the ecological governance of this area in the 90's, decreasing from 0.713 2 in 1993 to 0. 2 868 in 2003. Anding Area first went thought the middle vulnerability stage in 1993, and then went into relative stable stage of general vulnerability in 1999 and lastly changed over no vulnerability stage, so its eco-environment developed toward the good stage. Based on the evaluation results, some countermeasures and suggestions were provided on the construction of eco-environment. [ Conclusion] The evaluation results obtained by the index system evaluation accorded for the actual instance, which provided a scientific basis for the ecological building in this area in the future.
