摘 要:以五叶地锦(Parthenocissus quinquefolia (L.) Pan-ch.)盆栽幼苗为实验材料,分析了失水胁迫对其幼苗生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:水分胁迫对五叶地锦幼苗的几个生理指标影响显著;随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,叶片相对含水量和土壤含水量呈显著下降趋势,叶片水分饱和亏缺逐渐增大;质膜相对透性增大,丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度增加;脯氨酸质量分数、可溶性蛋白质量分数都随着胁迫时间的延长而逐渐升高;随着干旱胁迫程度的加深,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性呈现先升高后下降的趋势。An experiment was conducted to study the effect of water stress on the physiologacal and biochermcal indexes ot Parthenocissus quinquefolia potted seedlings. Results showed that water stress had a significant effect on some physiological indexes of P. quinquefolia seedlings. With the prolonged drought stress, leaf relative water content and soil water content significantly decreased, while leaf water saturation deficit, relative plasmalemma permeability, as well as contents of MDA, proline and soluble protein all increased. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) increased first and then decreased with the deepening of drought stress.
