摘 要:为探索人工圈养条件对林蛙输卵管脂肪酸成分的影响,利用成年野生林蛙(Rana dyowskii)和成年圈养林蛙按传统剥油法获取输卵管并进行脂肪酸比较分析。结果表明:野生蛙油与圈养蛙油中C18:0和C18:1的质量分数不同(野生蛙油分别为8.14%和12.85%,圈养蛙油则为10.12%和10.84%),野生蛙油中4种不饱和脂肪酸总相对含量比圈养蛙油的高3.51%;3种亚油酸的总质量分数为野生蛙油24.01%,圈养蛙油23.07%。An experiment was conducted to study the effect of pen rearing on fatty acids in the oviduct of adult northeast brown frog (Rana dybowskii) using both wild and pen-reared brown frogs as experimental objects by the traditional method for getting oviduct. Results of fatty acid analysis by GC/MS showed that the relative contents of C18:0 and C18:1 in the ovi- ducts from the wild and pen-reared frogs were different, namely 8.14%, 12.85% for the wild ones and 10. 12%, 10. 84% for the pen-reared ones, respectively. The total content of unsaturated fatty acids in the oviducts from the wild frogs was 3.51 percent higher than that of the pen-reared ones. High relative contents of linoleic acid were found in the oviducts from both the wild and pen-reared frogs, which were 24.01% for the wild frogs and 23.07% for the pen-reared frogs.
