摘　　要：以Zachman的企业架构理论为基础,提出了黑龙江林业电子政务系统企业架构框架的总体设计,用以描述黑龙江省林业电子政务信息系统建设的标准、规范和方法,从理论上指导黑龙江省的电子政务的建设,提高政府和企业科学决策水平。The integrated design of the framework for enterprise architecture of the forestry electronic government system for Heilongjiang Province is given based on the theory of Zachman framework for enterprise architecture. The standard, criterion, and method for the establishment of the forestry electronic government system for Heilongjiang Province are expatiated aiming to provide some references for the construction of electronic government in Heilongjiang Province and also improve the scientific decision-making level of the government and enterprises.
