摘　　要：目的探讨锁骨下静脉穿刺(锁穿)成功至置管成功过程中的常见问题与处理对策。方法回顾分析572例锁穿病人置管过程中所遇到的问题与解决方案。结果置管过程中常见有导丝插入困难,导丝进入颈内静脉,导管放置困难,导丝拨出困难,出血和心律失常等。经过相应处理仅4穿刺失败,总穿刺成功率99.3%。结论遇到问题时要认真分析原因,规范操作。良好的心态和熟练的技术是成功的关键。Objective To investigate the common problems encountered in subclavian vein puncture and treatment measures during puncturing successfully and the pipe being setted. Methods Common problems and treatment methods were retrospectively analyzed in 572 cases in the process of setting pipe after the puncture of subclavian vein. Results Types of frequent problems of intubation were difficuhies in inserting the guide fila or the catheter, the fila inserted to internal jugular vein, difficulties to set the ilia out,bleeding, arrhythmia, etc. Only 4 eases were failed after relative treatment. The puncture success rate of 572 patients was 99.3%. Conclusion The possible reasons should be analyzed in carefully and take standard operation when encountered problems. To keep good mentality and skilled technique are the key of success.
