摘 要:节能发电调度不仅改变了现行计划电量调度模式下制定发电计划的目标函数,还可能改变现行的等备用原则。文中首先探讨节能发电调度方式下制定旋转备用计划可能采取的原则——等备用原则和能耗最小原则,建立相应的旋转备用优化决策模型;然后研究旋转备用计划优化的实现方式,分别选用旋转备用计划和发电出力计划的独立建模分步优化、统一建模联合优化2种思路,构建不同的节能发电调度模型,并基于启发式动态规划方法,针对同一算例进行优化计算。算例分析验证了所提出的旋转备用优化决策模型及其实现方式的正确性和有效性。Energy-saving generation dispatching not only can change the objective function of generation scheduling in the current planned power dispatching model, but also possibly alter the current equivalent reserve principle. The likely-to-be adopted applied principles of spinning reserve under energy-saving generation dispatching model, i.e. equivalent reserve principle arid minimum consumption principle, are discussed to establish a corresponding optimal decision model for spinning reserve. The realization of the optimization of spinning reserve scheduling is studied. Two approaches are adopted--the independent modeling of multi-step optimization and unified modeling of joint optimization for daily spinning reserve and generation scheduling. Different energy-saving generation dispatching models are established. The proposed energy saving generation scheduling models are tested on a same case using the proposed dynamic programming method to validate the models and their realizations.
