摘 要:直流融冰装置对解决输电线路的覆冰问题起到了巨大作用。使用直流融冰装置对同杆并架双回线中的一回线进行融冰时,由于线路之间电磁耦合和静电耦合的作用,另一回交流线路(以下称为并架线路)会对融冰装置的运行产生影响。文中通过实时数字仿真器(RTDS)与实际融冰装置的控制保护设备组成的闭环系统进行了仿真研究,结果表明:融冰装置不会影响并架线路的运行;并架线路会对融冰装置的50Hz保护产生影响,应改进50Hz保护的逻辑或适当提高动作整定值;断开并架线路的交流断路器会对融冰装置的接地电流产生冲击,应适当提高接地电流保护的动作整定值;对同杆双回线路进行融冰时,应注意选择融冰方式。The problem of heavy ice covering transmission lines can be solved effectively by the development of DC deicer. When one of double-transmission lines hung on common-tower is operating in deicing mode, the other transmission line will have some influence on operation of the deicer because of electromagnetic and static induction between the double-transmission lines. Some cases have been simulated by the close loop simulation system which comprising a real-time digital simulator (RTDS) and a real control and protection equipment of deicer. Simulation results show as follows : DC deicer has few influence on operation of the common-tower transmission lines; the common-tower transmission lines will influence on the 50 Hz protection of DC deicer, and in order to get rid of it, the 50 Hz protection logic should be improved or increase act threshold; Trip of AC breaker of the common-tower transmission lines will impact on ground current of the deicer, and the action setting value of ground current protection should be increased properly to avoid rnal-operation; Appropriate deicing method should be selected when a commontower double-transmission lines operates in deicing mode.
