摘 要:日本的特高压技术对中国特高压输电研究有借鉴意义,但是,中日两国国情不同,电网情况也不同,中国特高压输电工程建设必须走自主创新的近路。为此对中国和日本的特高压输电系统过电压和绝缘配合方面的技术进行分析比较,包括工频暂时过电压,操作过电压以及潜供电流的限制措施和水平,线路和变电站的防雷措施,变电站设备的绝缘水平选择,线路和变电站外绝缘空气间隙距离选择。这种比较有利于拓宽思路,对今后的各国特高压输电工程建设可能有所帮助。Japanese UHV technology has reference meaning for Chinese UHV transmission system research. However, Chinese national condition and Japanese national condition are different and the power system between two countries is also different. Chinese UHV transmission project must go the self-innovation way. This paper Compares and analyses both Chinese and Japanese technology of UHV AC transmission system over-voltage and insulation coordination, which include the following: the suppress methods and level of the temporary over-voltage, switching overvoltage; second arc current; lightning protection methods for transmission line and substation, the selection of substation apparatuses insulation and air clearance of transmission line and substation external insulation.This comparison is beneficial to broaden minds and helpful in later construction of UHV transmission project in other countries.
