摘 要:采用脉冲钨极氩弧(TIG)熔敷工艺,对AZ91HP镁合金表面熔敷Al-Al2O3涂层的组织结构、耐腐蚀性、显微硬度和磨损形貌进行了研究。结果表明,在电流为150A、电弧移动速度100mm/min时,基体材料表面能够形成由细密的组织中均匀分布的Al2O3颗粒相组成的熔敷层;该熔敷层明显改善了AZ91HP镁合金在w(NaCl)=3.5%溶液中的耐腐蚀性能,同时提高了镁合金表面的显微硬度和耐磨损性能。Surface cladding was carried out by pulse Tungsten Inert Gas arc welding process on the surface of AZ91HP alloy. The microstructure characterization, corrosion .resistance, wear resistance and micro-hardness of the coating were examined by SEM and XRD. The results show that the homogeneous Al2O3 particles which distributed in cladding layer are formed on the dense substrate materials on the condition that current is 150 A and the rate of arc moving is 100 mm/min. This coating obviously improves its corrosion resistance in 3.5 wt% NaC1 solution and micro-hardness and wear resistance on the surface of magnesium alloy are also enhanced significantly.
