摘　　要：E-钙粘附素(E-Cadherin,E-cad)是粘附分子中钙离子依赖的细胞粘附素家族(Ca2+-dependent celladhesion molecule family)中的一员,对维持正常上皮细胞形态和结构完整性起着重要作用。本文就E-cad的结构、功能、调控等方面作一综述。E - Cadherin is one of the Ca^2＋ - dependent cell adhesion molecule family. It plays an important role in main- taining the normal morphology and structural integrity of epithelial cells. This review aims to clarify the structure, function and regulation etc. of E - Cadherin.
