摘  要:本文研究了预变形电场时效对1420Al-Li合金组织和性能的影响。结果发现,预变形电场时效可以显著提高合金的强度,而塑性降低不大。合金经预拉伸变形3%,在电场强度为4kV/cm,120°时效12h后具有最佳的强度和塑性配合。TEM分析表明:这一性能结果与预变形电场时效所导致的位错组态、δ′相及其晶界无析出带(PFZ)的改变有关。The effect of predeformation and aging treatment in an electric field on microstructure and mechanical properties of 1420 AlLi alloy is studied.The result shows that the strength of 1420 AlLi alloy can be greatly improved after the predeformation and aging treatment in an electric field,with the slight decrease of its ductility.The alloy which is subjected to the pretension 3%,and then aged for 12h at 120℃ in an electric field,can obtained the optimized combination of strength and ductility.The observation of TEM indicates:the above result is mainly dependent on the change of the microstructures,such as dislocation,δ′ phase,PFZ,and so on,after the predeformation and aging treatment in an electric field.
