摘 要:本文研究了预变形电场时效对1420Al-Li合金组织和性能的影响。结果发现,预变形电场时效可以显著提高合金的强度,而塑性降低不大。合金经预拉伸变形3%,在电场强度为4kV/cm,120°时效12h后具有最佳的强度和塑性配合。TEM分析表明:这一性能结果与预变形电场时效所导致的位错组态、δ′相及其晶界无析出带(PFZ)的改变有关。The effect of predeformation and aging treatment in an electric field on microstructure and mechanical properties of 1420 AlLi alloy is studied.The result shows that the strength of 1420 AlLi alloy can be greatly improved after the predeformation and aging treatment in an electric field,with the slight decrease of its ductility.The alloy which is subjected to the pretension 3%,and then aged for 12h at 120℃ in an electric field,can obtained the optimized combination of strength and ductility.The observation of TEM indicates:the above result is mainly dependent on the change of the microstructures,such as dislocation,δ′ phase,PFZ,and so on,after the predeformation and aging treatment in an electric field.
