摘 要:研究了对氯盐污染混凝土进行电化学除盐时钢筋表面发生的析氢反应及其对钢筋-混凝土间粘结力的影响。结果表明,电化学除盐时钢筋表面会发生析氢反应;氢气的生成量和钢筋-混凝土间粘结力的降低受电化学除盐过程的电流密度、通电时间等参数的影响。在混凝土中开适量小孔至钢筋表面引导氢气的排出可以降低粘结力的损失。由此可见,电化学除盐中钢筋表面电化学反应生成的氢气所产生的膨胀压力是导致钢筋-混凝土间粘结力下降的重要原因之一。Trials on the hydrogen evolution reaction on the surface of reinforcement and its effect on bond strength between concrete and reinforcement during electrochemical chloride extraction (ECE) were carried out. The results show that hydrogen evolution reaction occurs on the surface of reinforcement during ECE, the amount of hydrogen gas generated and the loss of bond strength between reinforcement and concrete are related to current density, ECE duration. It was observed that the loss of bond strength was alleviated by drilling small hole till the surface of reinforcement to release hydrogen gas. Thus, it can be seen that expansion force due to the hydrogen gas generated during ECE process is one of the most important reasons for the loss of bond strength.
