摘 要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶法合成纳米ZnO粉体,研究了其制备过程中的分散性行为,并采用非离子表面活性剂对其进行表面改性。结果表明:纳米ZnO粉体的分散性随超声反应时间的延长而显著变好,随溶剂中无水乙醇含量的增加分散稳定性急剧下降。对单一分子量的乙二醇(PEG)改性纳米ZnO的分散性的研究表明,低分子量PEG改性纳米ZnO随PEG浓度的降低分散性逐渐变差,高分子量PEG改性纳米ZnO随PEG浓度的降低分散性先变好而后变差;低浓度PEG改性纳米ZnO的分散性随PEG分子量的增加先变好后变差,高浓度PEG改性纳米ZnO随PEG分子量的增加逐渐变差。不同分子量复合PEG改性纳米ZnO粉体的分散性的研究表明,高浓度复合后的粉体的分散性变差,低浓度复合后粉体的分散性得到不同程度的改善。The nanometer ZnO was synthesized by polyacrylamide-gel method. The dispersion of powders in the process of preparation, surface modification of nano-ZnO with non-ionic surface-active agent were researched. The results indicate that the dispersion of nanometer zinc oxide obviously turn to be better with the prolonging of ultrasonic reaction time and reducing of absolute ethyl alcohol. The dispersion of nanometer ZnO was modified by the single molecular weight polyethylene glycol was researched, the results indicate that the dispersion of modified nanometer ZnO with low molecular weight PEG turn to be worse with decreasing of concentration of PEG, and the one with high molecular weight PEG turn to be better firstly and worsen afterwards. Besides, the dispersion of modified nanometer ZnO with low content PEG is better firstly and worse afterwards along with the increasing of PEG molecular weight, and the one with high content PEG goes worse gradually. And then, the dispersion of modified nanometer ZnO with multivariate molecular weight polyethylene glycol was researched. The results show that the high concentration composite PEG modifications make the dispersion of powders worse, and the low concentration composite PEG modifications made the dispersion of powders well ameliorated.
