摘  要:以苏州土、BF235-1熔块为主要原料,通过调整金属氧化物呈色剂CuO、MnO2、V2O5、TiO2的添加量,采用不同的烧成制度制备了操作简单、控制方便,适合快速烧成的金黄色金属光泽釉。探讨了烧成制度、金属氧化物添加量、釉层厚度对釉面光泽的影响。采用SEM现代测试技术对釉层进行形貌观察,研究表明晶体生长具有一定的取向性,且均平行于釉层表面分布。Used Suzhou kaolin clay and frit of BF235-1 as main material and added some appropriate metal oxides color generation agent (such as CuO, MnO2, V2O5, and TiO2), metallic lustrous glaze was prepared by different firing schedule. The production technology was operated easily and controlled expediently, also adapted to quick firing. The influence of firing schedule, adding quantum of metal oxides and thickness of glaze layer to metallic lustrous glaze were discussed. The glaze microstructure was observed by SEM. The results show that the crystal plane of spinal grows to a tropism and is parallel to the surface of ceramic glaze.
