摘  要:采用广西某矿的褐铁矿制备褐铁矿/纳米TiO2复合材料,以河南省某麦草制浆造纸厂废水为处理对象,利用紫外灯光源,研究了催化剂的制备以及不同光照时间不同催化剂用量条件下COD和色度去除率。结果表明,焙烧温度500—550℃,焙烧时间2 h制备出合格催化剂,TiO2复合材料用量10 g/L,光照时间1 h条件下,废水COD去除率可达70%以上,色度去除率75%以上,深度处理麦草造纸废水,可实现达标排放。Limonite/nano-TiO2 composite material was prepared with limonite ore from a Guangxi iron ore mine as the raw material. The preparation of the catalyst and the removal of COD and chroma under different UV radiation time and catalyst dosage were investigated for the treatment of the wastewater from a wheat straw pulp making plant in Henan province. The results indicate that eligible catalyst can be prepared by roasting at 500--550℃ for 2 h. The removal of more than 70% COD and more than 75 % chroma from the wastewater are achieved under the conditions of nano-TiO2 composite material dosage of 10 g/L and UV radiation for 1 h. After the advanced treatment of the wastewater from the wheat straw pulp making plant the discharge can meet the national standard.
