摘 要:基于弹塑性理论,考虑了混凝土和钢筋的实际变形情况以及诸多影响因素,如钢筋直径、保护层厚度、锈蚀产物及混凝土的材料性能等,推导出混凝土破损程度与锈蚀深度的相互关系,建立了均匀锈蚀下钢筋混凝土保护层锈胀开裂的临界锈蚀量模型。理论模型计算结果与试验数据的对比表明,模型可用于混凝土中钢筋锈蚀胀裂的预测。Based on the elastic-plastic theory and the model for calculating the cracking of cover in reinforced concrete structure due to rebar uniform corrosion was proposed. In the model the real deformation of concrete and rebar as well as the bar diameter, the cover thickness, the performance of corroded products and concrete material were considered. In this article, the relationship between the corrosion depth of the bar and the cracking of the concrete cover is established. The comparison of calculation result with experimental data indicates that the proposed model is feasible for predicting the expansion cracking of concrete cover due to corrosion of rebar.
