摘 要:[目的]研究香果树种子萌发过程中淀粉酶(AMY)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)同工酶的变化。[方法]采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,对香果树种子萌发过程中AMY和SOD同工酶进行分析。[结果]香果树种子萌发过程中AMY同工酶主酶带颜色一直较深,萌发中后期出现新的酶带A2。萌发初期,有新的SOD同工酶合成;进入萌发中期,新合成的减弱或消失;萌发后期第6条酶带活性增强。[结论]香果树种子萌发过程中AMY和SOD的表达存在时间差异性。[Objective] The purpose was to study the changes of amylase (AMY) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) isozymes during the germination process of Emmenopterys henryi Oliv seeds. [Method] By using the method of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, the expression of AMY and SOD isozymes during seed germination process was analyzed. [ Result ] The main AMY bands remained strong during the whole period and a new band A2 appeared in the middle and late period of seed germination. Some new SOD bands occurred at the early stage, then became weak or disappeared in the middle period, and band S6 became intense in the late period.[Conclusion] The expression of AMY and SOD isozyme gene has temporal difference during germination of E. henryi Oliv seeds.
