摘  要:[目的]研究核桃叶水提取物对黑大豆种子萌发的化感作用。[方法]采用蒸馏的方法提取核桃叶中的化感物质,选用黑大豆种子作为受体,进行化感作用测定与种子萌发率的观察。[结果]核桃叶水提取物对黑大豆发芽率有明显的抑制作用,而且随着浓度的上升其化感抑制作用越来越强,发芽率也越来越低。同时,通过不同处理方法取得的水提取物其化感作用也是明显的,即在同一浓度时,超声波提取物比对照对黑大豆种子发芽率的抑制作用强,而微波、振荡提取物其化感抑制作用比对照弱。[结论]超声处理可增强核桃叶水提物化感抑制物质的生物活性,而微波、振荡处理则相反。[Objective] The allelopathy of the extract from walnut leaf water to black soybean seed germination was researched. [Method] The allelopathy material from the walnut leaf was extracted with the distillation method. [Results] The extract from walnut leaf water had the obvious inhibitory action to the black soybean germination and the inhibitory action was enhanced and the ratio of seed germination was reduced with the concentration-increasing of extract from walnut leaf water. At the same time, its obvious allelopathy was produced through the different processing method and even though the concentration was same the stronger inhibitory action of it was from the ultrasonic wave processing than the CK. The extract from was weaker than that of the CK. [Conclusion] It was proved that the ultrasonic wave processing strengthened the inhibitory action of walnut leaf extract but for the extract with the method of the microwave or vibration processing.
