摘 要:[目的]调查河南省驴肠道寄生圆线虫的种类,为圆线虫的分类研究及其防治提供依据。[方法]对河南省地区的34头驴进行肠道检查、采集圆线虫,并在光学显微镜下进行形态学特征观察和种类鉴定。[结果]共鉴定出22种圆线虫,隶属于2亚科7属,其中三齿属TriodontophorusLooss,1902共检测到2种,即锯齿状三齿线虫Triodontophorusserratus(Looss,1900)Looss,1902和日本三齿线虫Tri-odontophorus nipponicusYamaguti,1943。[结论]河南省地区驴存在锯齿状三齿线虫和日本三齿线虫感染,其感染率和平均感染强度都比较低。[Objeetive] The research aimed to investigate the species of strongyioid nematodes from the donkeys in Henan Province and provide theoretical basis for indentifying and controlling diseases. [Method] Thirty-four donkeys were examined at necropsy for strongyloid nematodes in the large intestine from 2006 to 2007. The morphological characteristics were observed and the species of strongyloid nematodes were identified by light microscopy. [ Result] The results indicated that twenty-two species belonging to 7 genera and 2 subfamilies were discovered. A- mong them, two species of the genus Triodontophorus Looss, 1902, T. serratus ( Looss, 1900) Looss, 1902 and .T. nipponicus Yamaguti, 1943, were redeseribed and photographed.[Conclusion] In this investigation, T. serratus and T. nipponicus had a lower prevalence and mean inten- sity.
