不同浓度吐温-80与白僵菌分生孢子的相容性测定

摘　　要：[目的]筛选吐温-80的最佳试验浓度。[方法]采用营养液萌发法测定11种不同浓度的吐温-80与白僵菌分生孢子的生物相容性。[结果]结果表明,吐温-80在浓度为0.007 5%、0.025 0%、0.050 0%和0.100 0%时白僵菌的孢子萌发率均达到95%以上,且差异不大,对白僵菌的生长影响较小。[结论]当吐温-80浓度小于0.100 0%(含0.100 0%)时可考虑应用于白僵菌的相容性试验中。[Objective] The research aimed to screen out the best concentration of Tween 80. [ Method ] The biological compatibility of B. bassiana conidia and 11 kinds of Tween 80 was determined by germination conidial in nutritional liquid. [Result] The results showed that germination rates of Beauveria bassiana exceed 95% when the concentration of Tween 80 was 0.0075% ,0.0250% ,0.0500% and 0.1000%. [Conclusion] Tween 80 can be use in the compatibility experiment of B. bassiana if the concentration of Tween 80 is lower than 0.1000% （including 0.1000%）.
