摘 要:[目的]研究木霉菌发酵液蛋白对玉米弯孢菌叶斑病的诱导抗性作用。[方法]对玉米叶片离体病斑大小进行比较和经活体诱导后检测抗病性相关基因在mRNA水平上的表达差异。[结果]与对照相比,经发酵液蛋白处理后的离体叶片接种后病斑较小,且防御反应基因的转录水平都有不同程度的提高。[结论]木霉菌发酵液蛋白对玉米弯孢菌叶斑病有较好的诱导抗性作用。[Objective] The study aimed to research the induced resistance effect of Trichoderma fermentation liquid protein on maize Curvu-laria leaf spot.[Method] Diameters of maize leaves vitro-body disease spots were compared and relative gene of diseases resistance in mRNA level expression difference were detected after vivo inducing.[Result] In contrast to the control, disease spots became smaller after vitro-body leaves inoculating which treated by fermentation liquid protein and transcription levels of defense genes were enhanced at different degrees. [Conclusion] Fermentation liquid protein played a good role in induced resistance to maize Curvularia leaf spot.
