摘　　要：海洋资源是指分布在海洋及海岸带空间范围内的自然资源,是与海水水体有直接关系的物质和能量。海水及海水化学资源是一类重要的海洋资源,海水资源可以用于工业、农业及海水淡化获取淡水资源等方面,人类主要利用的海水化学资源包括海盐资源、海水溴资源、海水碘资源、海水钾资源、海水镁资源、海水铀资源、海水锂资源、重水资源等。当前我国开发海水及海洋化学资源开发利用还存在着管理体制不完善、开发技术落后等问题。国家应进一步协调海洋资源的管理、加大对海水及海水化学资源开发技术研究经费的投入,进一步提高我国海水及海水化学资源开发利用的效率。Marine resources are materials and energy with direct relations to sea water which distributing in the spatial scope of ocean and coast. Seawater and seawater chemical resources are an important marine resource type, the seawater can he used in industry, agriculture, seawater desalination and etc. The main seawater chemical resources used by human included sea salt, the useful elements dissolved in seawater, such as Bromine, Iodine, Potassium, Magnesium, Uranium, Lithium, heavy water and so on. At present,there are some problems in ex- ploiting and using seawater and seawater resources of China such as lack perfect management mechanism and backward exploiting technology. To improve the efficiency of exploiting and utilizing of seawater and sea,rater resources in China, the Chinese government should be coordinate furthermore the management mechanism of marine resources and increase technological research fund of exploiting and utilizing seawater and seawater chemical resources.
