摘  要:[目的]建立水体中环氧氯丙烷方便、快捷且精确度高的分析测试方法。[方法]使用吹扫捕集仪和气相色谱连用技术,对水体中的环氧氯丙烷进行定性定量。[结果]通过在水体中加入不同比例的NaC l和方法基础试验过程,结果表明,在水体中加入NaC l可以降低其方法检出限,且在30.0%的比例时,可以得到较低的方法检出限。该方法检出限为2.6μg/L,相对标准偏差为3.7%,平均回收率为102.8%。其结果均优于《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5750.8-2006)的标准检测方法中所提供的对应参考数据。[结论]试验结果表明,使用该方法可以对水体环境中的环氧氯丙烷进行快速准确地分析测定。[Objective] The research aimed to set up a convenient, rapid and accurate testing method of epichlorohydrin in water. [Method] The content of epichlorohydrin in water was qualitatively and quantitatively tested with the instument of Purge and Trap and Gas Chromatography.[Result] The experiment in the different ratios of NaCl added in water was conducted and the result indicated that the lowest testing value of epiehlorohydrin could be lowered after the NaCl added in water. The content of epichlorohydrin in water could be tested, which was 2.6μg/L(the relative standard deviation of 3.7% and the average recovery of 102.8% ) while the addition of NaC1 in water was 30.0%. The testing value was better than that measured with the method required in Hygiene Standard of Drinking Water ( GB 5750.8-2006). [Conclusion] Tire method was rapid and accurate in the measure of the epichlorohydrin in water.
