摘 要:[目的]为银杏雌株的分类提供依据。[方法]以广西9个银杏品种为材料,每品种随机选100粒种子,测定种子的外形指标及可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量,分析9个品种种子性状的变异规律。[结果]各品种银杏种子指标由大到小依次为可溶性蛋白含量>可溶性糖含量>单核重>核型系数>核长>核宽>核厚;银杏的生理性状变异较大,形状变异较小;方差分析结果表明,所测性状在9个品种间都存在显著差异;旋转分析结果表明,3个公因子的累积贡献率为93.253%,第1公因子反映了银杏种子的核宽、核厚、单核重,第2公因子反映了银杏种子的核长、核型系数;第3个公因子反映了银杏种子的生理指标。[结论]将银杏种子性状转化为独立指标可简化分析难度,增加分析的可靠性。[Objective]The aim was to provide the basis for the classification of female ginkgo tree.[Method] With 9 varieties of ginkgo from Guangxi as the materials, 100 seeds of each variety was randomly selected. The shape characteristics, contents of soluble sugar and protein in seeds were determined to analyze the variation law of seed characters of 9 ginkgo varieties. [Result] The indexes of ginkgo varieties from big to small in order was soluble protein content 〉 soluble sugar content 〉 single seed weight 〉 seed shape index 〉 seed length 〉 seed width 〉 seed thickness. The variation of physical characteristics of ginkgo was bigger and that of shape characteristics was smaller. The results of variance analysis showed that all determined characteristic of 9 varieties were all significantly different. The results of rotation analysis showed that the cumulative contribution of 3 factors was 93.253% , and the first common factor reflected the width, thickness and weight per seed; the second common factor reflected the seed length and shape index and the third common factor reflected the physiological indexes of seed. [Conclusion] When seed characters of ginkgo were transformed to independent indexes, the difficulty of analysis could be simplified and the relia- bility of analysis could be enhanced.
