摘　　要：提出了在刚塑性有限元法模拟双层金属轧制过程中，处理金属结合面时，附加一层假想的界面单元，并且对这种单元模型进行区别于普通单元的处理．采用这种方法在计算实例上得到了理想的结果．In the simulation of bimetal rolling by using rigid-plastic finite element method, a layer of imaginary interface element are proposed to solve the problem of the double-matel interface. the disposing method of the imaginary elements is different from that of ordinary elements. On the base of calculation a good results have been got, and it is showed that the method is praticable.
