摘 要:为了制定合理的公交联乘优惠政策,将包含出行直接经济耗费的广义费用作为效用引入Logit模型研究公交票价对出行分担率的影响。通过实际的交通调查确定模型中参数的取值,并计算出现状条件下各方式的出行分担率以确定模型的有效性。在公交供给能力的约束下,确定希望达到的公交分担率,在其他非联乘优惠的措施已知时,通过计算就可以得出合适的公交联乘优惠额度。算例分析表明,这一研究方法能够达到私家车出行分担率降低到40%的目标。In order to make reasonable transfer preferential benefit policy of public transport, the generalized cost including direct cost was introduced into Logit model to study the influence of fares. Through the actual traffic investigation, the parameters were determined, and the effectiveness of the model was proved by calculated the actual traffic modes split rate. In the constraints of public transport's supply, the expected split rate of public transport was determined after the implementation of transfer preferential benefit. When other non-preferential measures are known, the amount of transfer preferential benefit can be determined. Example analysis shows that this method can target down to 40% of the split rate of private car.
