摘　　要：叙述了曲柄杠杆剪切机刀片侧间隙变化与增大的原因，并对其进行了详细分析与探讨，提出了相应的改进措施，进行了现场实施，使该剪切机刀片侧间隙增大得到了有效抑制．取得了明显的经济效益。The reason that causes increase and change to the cutter's gap of cranklever shear in the operation is analysed and discussed in the paper. Measures to restrictthe gap increase are given and practically applied to the shear with the result that thesize and change of the gap are effectively restrained during working period, which bringsin significant benefits.
