摘　　要：简要介绍了φ1620mm内承式螺旋焊管机及成型技术的特性，论述了调型技术数学关系式，为设计和使用提供了科学依据。The paper presents the characteristics of inner-disk type spiral weld-pipemill and its shaping technology, and shows the formulas for shaping the pipe. Thestudy can provide scientific basis for the design and the application.
