摘 要:概述了近年来国内外对于联合收获机谷物损失率测试方面的有关研究进展和成果,这些测试技术可简要归纳为单位时间损失、单位面积损失及损失率测试等3种方法。同时,分析了它们各自的内涵、特点和不足,并根据我国的国情,探讨和展望了应结合联合收获机喂入量、谷物含水率、草谷比等影响谷物随机损失率变化的重要因素,进行谷物运移过程和籽粒损失机理的研究,从而有效监控随机损失率,充分发挥联合收获机的功效。The latest research progress and achievements of grain loss rate of combine were summarized. There are three kinds of testing technology simply concluded by this paper : the method of measuring loss amount per unit' time, the method of measuring loss amount per unit area, and the method of measuring loss rate. The meaning, character, and defect of these testing technologies were analyzed. According to China′s national conditions, the paper proposes that the important' facts of the feeding amount, the grain moisture content, and the ratio of straw to grain, which affect the grain random loss rate change, shall be considered to study the grain moving process and grain loss mechanism. The method is efficient to monitor the random loss rate and will improve the efficacy of the combine.
