摘 要:针对免耕播种机开沟圆盘大田试验效率低、劳动强度大、易造成扬尘污染等问题,设计了免耕播种机开沟圆盘试验土槽,该试验土槽槽体采用梯形状设计。为了便于安装拆卸开沟圆盘,设计分段式圆盘刀架轴,并用卡盘法兰固定开沟圆盘。装置的动力由变频调速电机供给,电机动力通过轴端的V型带传递给刀架轴。为了能够模拟拖拉机工作时动力情况,设计了变频调速电机控制装置。试验表明,该免耕播种机开沟圆盘试验土槽性能稳定,可以有效模拟免耕播种机开沟圆盘的不同作业环境,为免耕播种机开沟圆盘的研究开发提供有效的技术支持。To solve the problems rose from disc - opener of no - tillage planter when operating in open field such as low efficiency, high working intensity and large possibilities of causing dust, a ladder - shaped trial soil bin was designed and employed here. A set of sectored disc - carrier shaft was settled, supposedly to fix disc openers with chuck flanges. The overall devices were propelled by a frequency conversion timing motor which could deliver the energy via the V - belts rounded by the end of the disc - carrier shaft. Moreover, in order to simulate the variable tractor operations, a controllable apparatus was installed. Consequent experiment results indicated that this trial soil bin tended to function steadily and were capable of simulating different given working states, which as a whole effectively prompted further development in the field of disc - opener of no - tillage planter researches.
