摘　　要：针对我国植树造林需求量大,人工造林劳动强度大、工作效率低的特点,通过比较现有挖坑机的优缺点对背负式挖坑机进行了优化的总体设计,突出了背负式挖坑机的便携式特点。该机采用小型汽油发动机作为动力装置,使用软轴作为主传动装置并使用二级圆锥齿轮减速,利用钻头完成最后的挖坑作业。该机具有坑径在300mm以下的挖坑能力,适合于培育容器苗的移栽。该机在质量上得到了相对的降低,完全符合一人操作的要求,外观设计简易精巧,携带方便,环境适应能力强,工作效率有明显的提高。Demand for China＇s afforestation, artificial afforestation labor- intensive, low work efficiency, this article by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing digging machine for carry - type digging machine to optimize the overall design, highlighting backpack digging machine portable characteristics.
