摘　　要：介绍了一种适用于农产品干燥的20kW圆环形微波干燥器,该设备通过抛物面形反射罩(波导)使得微波能够均匀地被干燥物料吸收。在功率方面,采用功率组合技术,不仅降低了生产成本,而且使加热更加均匀。根据微波设备的工作特点,控制系统采用PLC加红外温控系统控制,可实现自动化生产。Microwave drying device introduced in this paper used 20 kW Circinal and Ring - shaped microwave generator, through the paraboloid- like microwave waveguide, enables the microwave to be absorbed evenly by dry materials.In the aspects of power, the technology of power assembly used can not only reduce cost of production, but also make microwave power better distributed. The manufacture will be realized by auto line if PLC and infrared temperature maintaining apparatus used in the controlling system.
