摘 要:目的:观察运脾止泻颗粒抗腹泻的作用机制。方法:大鼠随机分为3组,空白对照组(蒸馏水),大黄造模组,药物组。造模组和药物组给予大黄水煎剂灌胃,5d后分别再以蒸馏水和运脾止泻颗粒灌胃6d,观察D-木糖、胃蛋白酶、胃动素、血管活性肠肽以及小肠微绒毛的变化。结果:造模之后,胃蛋白酶和D-木糖降低、胃动素和血管活性肠肽均升高,小肠微绒毛破损。给药之后,上述指标恢复正常,小肠微绒毛明显修复。结论:运脾止泻颗粒通过促进胃蛋白酶的消化、小肠吸收、胃肠运动以及小肠粘膜的分泌而抑制腹泻,并且具有明显的保护小肠微绒毛作用。Objective: To observe the mechanism of antidiarrheal of yunpi zhixie granules. Method: Rats were randomly divided into three groups: blank control group (distilled water), model group(Rhubarb) and drug group( yunpi zhixie granules). The rats in model and drug group were administrated with Rhubarb through perfusion of stomach for five days. In consequent six days, distilled water was administrated to model group, while yunpi zhixie granules was administrated to drug group. The changes of the pepsin, D-Xylose, motility, vasoaetive intestinal peptide and mierovilli were observed. Result: After the rats were treated with Rhubarb, the level of the D-Xylose and pepsin were decreased, motility and vasoactive intestinal peptide were increased, microvilli was disturb severely. While the level of D-Xylose and pepsin, motilin and vasoactive intestinal peptide returned to normal after smoothing spleen to stop diar- rhea granules was administrated. The microvilli were repaired almost compared to control group. Conclusion: The antidiarrheal mechanism of yunpi zhixie granules is through promoting digestion, absorption, motilin and secretion of stomach or small intestine.
