摘　　要：目的:探讨灵芪胶囊对S_(180)荷瘤小鼠外周血肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)表达的影响。方法:给接种S_(180)肉瘤细胞小鼠分别灌服高、中、低剂量的灵芪胶囊及阳性对照药复方环磷酰胺后,采用ELISA法检测S_(180)荷瘤小鼠外周血TNF-α含量。结果:灵芪胶囊高、中剂量组与复方环磷酰胺模型对照组比较,S_(180)荷瘤小鼠外周血TNF-α含量明显增加(P<0.05)。结论:灵芪胶囊能够增加荷瘤小鼠外周血TNF-α含量,为其在临床应用提供了一定的实验和理论依据。Objective： To obverse the effect of Lingqi capsule on tumor necrosis factor a （TNF-α） in peripheral blood of S180 tumor-bearing mice. Method： ELISA was used to examine the TNF-α content in peripheral blood of S180 tumor-bearing mice,after gived high,middle ,low dose Lingqi capsule separately and the compound prescription endoxan to every group mice vaccinated the S180 sarco- ma cell. Result： TNF-α content in peripheral blood was increased in Lingqi capsule high and middle dose groups, compared with the model control group in the S180 tumor-bearing mice（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Preliminary study demonstration that Lingqi capsule can increase the TNF-α content in peripheral blood of tumor-bearing mice.
