摘　　要：目的:评价葛根素氯化钠注射液的安全性。方法:以0.9%氯化钠溶液为阴性时照进行体外溶血试验,兔耳缘静脉血管刺激试验,豚鼠主动过敏试验和大鼠被动过敏试验。结果:葛根素氯化钠注射液(2 mg·ml^(-1))不引起溶血或红细胞凝集反应;对兔耳缘静脉无局部刺激性改变;在本实验条件下不引起豚鼠全身主动过敏反应和大鼠皮肤被动过敏反应。结论:葛根素氯化钠注射液安全性较好,可供临床注射使用。Objective ： To evaluate the safety of puerarin sodium chloride injection. Method： Hemolytic test in vitro, the stimulating test in rabbits＇ auricular veins, active systemic allergic reaction in guinea pigs and passive cutaneous allergic reaction in rats were conducted with normal saline used as control. Result： There were no effects on hemolysis and vascular irritation. No systemic and cutaneous anaphylaxis were found. Conclusion： The safety of puerarin sodium chloride injection is relatively good, it can be used in the clinic for injection, good safety for clinical use.
