摘  要:在对四川某低品位矽卡岩型锡矿石性质分析的基础上,介绍了锡矿物回收试验研究的过程,制定了一段磨矿-摇床重选-低品位中矿再磨再选-摇精磁选脱铁的工艺流程。可获得产率0.32%,品位45.00%、回收率38.92%的优质锡精矿。Grade of tin ore in Sichuan Province was only 0.37%, which was of low grade skarn tin ore. The process to recover valuable mineral cassiterite in the ore was discussed and researched in detail by tests. Shaking table was used to recover tin through stage-grinding and stage-concentration. Based on the above method, two mineral separation processes to deal with the ore were proposed. The methods won better concentration indexes and effectively recovered tin ore resource.
