摘　　要：Banzhaf权力指标主要用来刻画政治选举中权力的分配问题.本文研究了Banzhaf权力指标的四条性质,它们分别为2人有效性,哑元性,等价性和边缘贡献性.并利用这四条性质刻画了Banzhaf权力指标的唯一性.最后通过一个实例说明了Banzhaf权力指标的应用.The Banzhaf power index measures the distribution of the power among the players in the voting system. In this paper we prove that the Banzhaf power index is a unique power index having the 2-efficiency, dummy player, equal treatment, and marginal contributions. Finally, we give an example to show the application of the Banzhaf power index.
