摘 要:4-BDAF是制备聚酰亚胺取向剂材料的关键中间体之一。自主设计了易于国产化的、全新的4-BDAF工艺合成路线。采用六氟丙酮、苯酚为起始原料,选择甲基磺酸为催化脱水剂,经过三步反应,通过优化原料配比、反应时间、反应温度等实验参数来选择最佳工艺条件。结果表明,在六氟丙酮、苯酚、催化剂的摩尔配比为1∶2∶2,反应温度控制在155℃,反应时间为11 h时的条件为最优工艺条件,4-BDAF的总收率达到57%。产品再经过精密提纯,在品质方面达到了国外公司产品的同等水平,价格具有明显优势,且易实现工业化量产。Polyimide (PI) was widely used as alignment agent of TET-LCD because of its excellent advantages, while 4-BDAF was a key intermediate of alignment layer used for PI preparation. A new synthesis method of 4-BDAF was studied and the reaction conditions were optimized in this research. The resuits showed that optimal reaction conditions were: the molar ratio of hexafluroacetone, phenol and catalyst was controlled to be 1:2:2; methanesulfonic acid was chosen as the catalytic dehydrant; the reaction temperature was 155 ℃ ; and the reaction time was 11 h, respectively. The yield of 4-BDAF was 57%. The quality of the purified products could be equal to that from companies overseas. However, the price was competitive. And the technology could be industrialized easily.
