强脉冲光子嫩肤仪在脱毛中的应用

摘　　要：目的为了观察强脉冲光子嫩肤仪的脱毛效果。方法应用IPL强脉冲光子嫩肤仪对135例患者进行脱毛治疗,使用的脉宽3.0～4.5ms,能量密度30～40J/cm2,脉冲个数2～3个,间隔1个月治疗1次,一般治疗3～6次。结果治疗总有效率90.4%,其中对腋毛、上、下肢毛、阴毛的有效率可达100%,对唇毛的有效率72.2%。结论强脉冲激光具有较好的脱毛功效,尤其适用于粗大体毛的脱除。Objective To observe the unhairing effect of intense pulsed light. Methods Total 135 patients were given unhairing treatment of intense pulsed light, pulse width of 3.0 -4.5ms and energy density of 30 -40 J/cm^2 and pulse number of 2 -3 were adoped respectively, number of treatment was 3- 6 with an interval of one month. Results Total effective rate was 90.4%, and the effective rate on armpit hair and extremity hair and pubic hair was 100%, and the effective rate of lip hair was 72.2%. Conclusion Intense pulsed light was a better method for unhairing, especially on coarse body hair.
