齿轮滚刀磨损和破损原因的探讨

摘　　要：对大量生产条件下在齿轮粗加工中使用的齿轮滚刀的磨损和破损形貌进行了分析，探讨了引起滚刀磨损和滚刀破损的原因，以及在滚齿过程中滚削力和滚削温度的变化对齿轮滚刀磨损和破损的影响过程，并采用动态滚削测量装置实测了滚齿力矩和滚削温度，得出了在大量生产条件下粗切齿轮滚刀的磨损区域和破损类型以及影响其磨损分布的主要因素．An analysis to the wastage morphology of gear hobs used in gear rough hobbing for the mass production is carried out,and the research focuses on reasons of the gear hobs wear and destruction,and the relation between the varying of the hobbing torque and temperature with the gear hobs wear and destruction in the process of gear hobbing is explored.The hobbing torque and temperature in the process of gear hobbing are measured by use of dynamic surveying instrument,and the wear and destruction types as well as its influence factors for gear rough hobbing in mass production are obtained.
