住院女患者对乳腺疾病知识需求的调查

摘　　要：目的了解住院女患者对乳腺疾病知识需求的情况。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷进行调查,内容包括患者一般情况、乳腺癌高危因素、乳房自我检查情况、对开展乳腺疾病知识教育必要性、对乳腺疾病知识教育内容和形式的需求。结果143名住院女性患者中,7.0%经常做乳房自我检查,32.7%有患乳腺癌的高危因素,21.0%接受过乳腺疾病知识教育,93.0%认为有开展乳腺癌健康教育的必要。结论住院女患者对乳腺疾病知识了解较少,有较高的需求,应采取多种形式的健康教育方法,增强女性患者预防乳腺疾病的风险意识。Objective To investigate the requirement of female inpatients for breast health knowledge. Methods 143 female inpatients were investigated with self-designed questionnaire, which included general state, risk factors of breast cancer, the implementation of breast self-examination, necessity of breast health knowledge education, and the requirement to the content and way of breast health knowledge education. Result Among 143 female inpatients, 7.0% made breast self-examination well; 32.7% developed with risk factors of breast cancer; 21.0% were provided with breast health knowledge education; 93.0% agreed on the necessity of breast health knowledge education. Conclusions Female inpatients know less and have strong desire to know more about breast health. The education of breast health knowledge should be made with different kinds of ways to strengthen the women＇s awareness about breast diseases.
