摘 要:目的探讨系统化健康教育对糖尿病患儿的影响。方法随机将200例糖尿病患儿分为干预组及对照组,每组各100例,两组患儿均以实施整体护理为基础,接受传统的治疗以及常规的护理,干预组患儿在此基础上,实施系统化健康教育。结果两组患儿在治疗依从性、血糖的控制水平和并发症的发生率比较,均P﹤0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论系统化健康教育可提高糖尿病患儿及家属对糖尿病的认识水平,使其能主动有效的配合治疗护理,提高了自我保健的能力,从而提高了患儿的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of systematic health education on diabetic children. Methods 200 diabetic children were randomized equally into intervention group and control group. All of the children were nursed on the base of holistic nursing as well as routine nursing. Those in the intervention group were managed with systematic health education. Result The differences between the groups were significant in terms of curative compliance, level of blood glucose and complications (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Systematic health education can enhance the recognition of the children and their families to diabetes, cause them to comply with the treatment and nursing. Meanwhile, it can help to control level of blood glucose, reduce occurrence of complications, enhance their ability of self-care and thus raise their quality of life.
