摘　　要：在分析国际辣椒产业发展总体状况的基础上,对各大洲辣椒产业发展状况进行了深入分析,并结合近年来国际辣椒产业发展情况,对未来国际辣椒产业发展趋势进行了探讨。研究表明,未来国际辣椒产业发展将呈现出以下几个趋势:一是辣椒生产格局将进一步向发展中国家集中;二是发达国家将进一步加大辣椒深加工产品的开发利用力度;三是加工专用型辣椒种植面积会进一步扩大;四是围绕辣椒育种、辣椒功能拓展等方面的研究将进一步深入。Based on analyzing the total condition of the international hot pepper industry, this paper analyses the status quo of hot pepper industry in the main continents, and combining with the experience of the international hot pepper industry in recent years, this paper studies the developing trend of the international hot pepper industry in the future. The research showed that the developing trends of international hot pepper industry in the future will present four Characteristics： the first is that the structure of hot pepper production will further concentrate to the developing countries; the second is that the developed countries will Strengthen the use of the products of hot pepper advanced processing; the third is that the planting areas of hot pepper for advanced processing will be extended further; the fourth is that the research of hot pepper breeding and hot pepper function expanding wiLl be strengthened further.
