针刺穴位加贴敷法治疗乳腺增生病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺穴位加贴敷法与中药治疗乳腺增生病有效性的差异。方法:将71例乳腺增生病患者随机分为针刺穴位加贴敷组(37例)、药物组(34例)。针刺穴位加贴敷组(用穴位:气海、关元、太冲、足临泣及乳房局部阿是穴,加中药:三棱、莪术、制南星、冰片制成薄片);药物组(口服乳疾灵胶囊)。结果:经过3个疗程的治疗,针刺穴位加贴敷组的总有效率为97.3%,药物组为76.5%,针刺穴位加贴敷组的疗效优于药物组(P<0.05),针刺穴位加贴敷组乳房疼痛改善积分为(14.01±6.07)分,药物组(6.85±4.05)分,两组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:针刺穴位加贴敷法治疗乳腺增生病有效性是肯定的。Objective:To compare therapeutic effect of needling point and sticking therapy and Chinese herbs on hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods:Seventy -one female patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were randomly divided into an observation group ( n = 37) and a control group( n = 34). The observation group were treated with needling point and sticking therapy,i. e. ,Qihai(RN6) ,Guanyuan( RN4) ,Tai-chong( LR3 ) ,Zulinqi ( GB41) and Ashi point on breast and Chinese herbs:Sanleng ( Rhizoma Spargani) ,Ezhu ( Rhizoma Zedoariae ) ,Zhi Nanxing( Pedate Pinallia Jackinthepulpit Rhizome) and Bingpian(Bor-neolum) ,were made a plaster to apply points. The control group were treated with oral administration of Rujiling capsule. Results :After treatment of 3 courses,the total effective rate was 97.3% in the obser-vation group,and 76.5% in the control group,the former significantly being better than the latter( P < 0.05).The score of mastalgia improve-ment was (14.01 ± 6.07) points in the observation group and (6.85 ± 4.05) points in the control group with a very significant difference be-tween the two groups ( P < 0.01). Conclusion :Needling point and sticking therapy has a definite therapeutic effect on hyperplasia of mam-mar glands.
