摘 要:通过室内木霉菌对大豆根腐病优势病原菌——尖孢廉孢菌Fusarium oxysporum平板毒力(EC50)测定,在海伦市和哈尔滨市试验田采用随机区组法进行了木霉颗粒剂不同剂量对大豆根腐病的防治试验。结果表明:木霉菌株(Trichoderma sp.)对大豆根腐病病原菌(Fusarium oxysporum)的EC50为100.3个孢子.mL-1。木霉颗粒剂22.5kg.hm-2的田间防效好于30.0kg.hm-2和37.5kg.hm-2,海伦试验田的防效为14.6%~27.6%,哈尔滨试验田的防效为23.2%~43%,在两地分别增产22.3%和6.0%。可以看出该木霉菌对Fusarium oxysporum具有很强的抑制能力,不同用量对大豆根腐病的田间防治效果存在差异,并且在不同试验地点效果不同,木霉颗粒剂22.5kg.hm-2处理具有明显的增产作用。Soybean root rot is one of the major soybean diseases, it could be controlled by some microorganism effectively. In order to evaluate the effect of Trichoderma sp. preparation on soybean root rot, Virulence ( EC50 ) of Trichoderma sp. against Fusarium oxysporum was tested in the laboratory and the effect of different dose of Trichoderma sp. formulation on soybean root rot were conducted by randomized block test in field. The result showed that growth of Fusarium oxysporum was inhibited strongly by Trichoderma sp. , and that the control effect of different Trichoderma sp. granules dose on soybean.root rot was different, and that increased yield by the different granules dose was distinct in Hailun and Harbin. EC50 of Trichoderma sp. against Fusarium oxysporum was 100.3 spores per milliliter. The control efficiency of Trichoderma sp. granules 22.5 kg . ha^-1 on soybean root rot was better than 30.0 kg.ha^-1 and 37.5 kg.ha^-1 in Hailun and Harkin,14.6% -27.6% and 23.2% -43% , respectively. Soybean yield was increased by 22.3% and 6.0% in Hailun and Harbin by application with Trichoderma sp. granules 22.5 kg . ha^ - 1
